Refund & Return Policy

At Amy Co., we take pride in offering premium-quality, handcrafted home décor pieces. Each product is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Refund & Return Policy is here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

    • Returned in original packaging with tags, labels, and protective wrapping.

  • Non-returnable items: Customized products, items bought on clearance/sale, or gift cards.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the item and packaging.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • For your safety, we recommend using a trackable courier service (Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, etc.) when returning items.


5. Exchanges

  • Direct exchanges are available only for defective/damaged products.

  • For other cases, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.


6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

  • After dispatch, cancellations are not possible.
