1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

Unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Returned in original packaging with tags, labels, and protective wrapping.

Non-returnable items: Customized products, items bought on clearance/sale, or gift cards.
2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the item and packaging.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

For your safety, we recommend using a trackable courier service (Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, etc.) when returning items.
5. Exchanges

Direct exchanges are available only for defective/damaged products.

For other cases, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.
6. Order Cancellations
